Estimates

Estimates are sent via email after onsite inspection and consultation are completed.  

Estimates give an idea of what you can expect for labor and materials.

However, the final amount billed may be higher or lower than the original estimate.                                                

The reasons for differing amounts may be a result of:

  • Increased materials cost, or delays from back ordering out of stock items.
  • Enlarging or diminishing of original scope due to client requested change orders.
  • Scheduling conflicts and delays with regards to other trades people onsite, being behind schedule.
  • Delays due to weather, natural and man made disasters, airline delays, travel restrictions, etc.

Any increase or decrease in scope of work will be promptly submitted in separate documents, and will require client approval and signatures for each change order.
